Meal Plan:
US$55 per person per day. Meal Plan
includes all meals, snacks, bottled water, fresh juices and soft drinks.
All food and beverages are at the cost of the visitor. However, authentic Caribbean cooking can be arranged for an additional cost (see pricing below). To reserve the villa you must deposit 50% of the rental fee. Full payment is due upon arrival. Reservation deposit is only refundable if you cancel 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a deposit has been received
the villa dates are permanently reserved for your
group.
In the event that you need to change your
reservation we would be happy to apply all monies paid as a credit
toward a future reservation, within one year of the original booking
date.
Refunds are only possible in case of extreme
circumstances, as judged by the villa owners.
